Central Metal Finishing (CMF) Industries of Holdenville, OK has proven to be an Oklahoma Works Business Champion by being a dedicated fair and second chance employer for clients with diverse criminal backgrounds and issues.

CMF encourages their new hires and employees to demonstrate good work ethic and values, whereas other companies may not allow this particular population an opportunity to redeem themselves.

CMF has work closely and successfully with Kimberly Word, WIOA Career Navigator at the Oklahoma Works office in Holdenville.  CMF has consistently offered their company as a site for Work Experience, Transitional Jobs and On the Job Training participants.

CMF is collaborating with WIOA on becoming a WBL (Work Based Learning) company for WIOA clients.  In addition, CMF ensures WIOA clients are certified in Fire Safety, General Safety as well as Hazardous Materials along with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) trainings.

CMF has retained many WIOA clients as employees.
