Session 101: Attract the Right Talent
This workshop helps you understand skills-based hiring, identify competencies for your jobs, write skills-based job postings, and reduce bias in your job postings.
Session 102: Candidate Evaluation
This workshop helps you understand how to evaluate candidates’ competencies, screen candidates based on competencies, and write skills-based interview questions and assessments.
Session 103: Selection & Onboarding
This workshop helps you understand skills-based selection and onboarding, create and use selection guidelines, and draft potential onboarding plans.
Session 104: Employee Retention
This workshop helps you understand skills-based development and advancement, create a career map for your organization and employees, and draft methods for competency development.
