Dislocated Worker Program

Prepare to get back to work in a high-demand job!

The Dislocated Worker program is designed to help you get back to work as quickly as possible and overcome barriers to employment. When individuals become dislocated workers as a result of job loss, mass layoffs, global trade dynamics, or transitions in economic sectors, the Dislocated Worker program provides services to assist them in re-entering the workforce. Services available to dislocated workers

  • Free training and employment services, like on-the-job training, transitional employment, job readiness training, and even high school equivalency services.
  • Job search and placement assistance for resumes and interview prep.
  • Skills assessments to help identify skills you have that transfer to other industries and occupations.
